If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from figury, simply contact our Support Center. You can return the product within 60 days after receiving the package. We will always offer the best solution for our customers. All problems that arise can be negotiated,

1. Figury's responsibility
Within 60 days of your receipt, we are responsible or partially responsible for all of the following defective items: stains, tears or rips, obvious color differences, and significant differences between the product pictured and the product you receive. We will resolve your problem through refund compensation and free resending until you are satisfied.
Size issues: If it is a huge gap between the size and the real thing, we will be responsible for solving it. If it is because you misjudged the size, we can provide free replacement, but you have to pay the postage. Everything is negotiable, the customer first is our purpose.
2. Customer's responsibility
Figury is not liable for problems under the following: Customerās subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
We will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. But all the shipping fees are non-refundable.
